Wow, what was a very frustrating few months trying to work out what was wrong with a desktop computer, Alex managed to rectify it within minutes. He made it look and sound so easy for someone who is definitely not tech savvy. He did not just leave it at that, he ensured that all of our computers and Ipads were updated and explained every step of the way before he left. I highly recommend Alex and this company. I highly recommend Alex from Wagga Technology Solutions. Alex helped my grandmother Norma, last year with her new phone. He was exceptionally patience and understanding of her needs. A few days later, Alex gave a follow up support a for my grandmother and discovered her new phone was faulty. At no extra charge, Alex went straight over to help and reinstall a temporary phone until we could sort out the fault with the manufacturer.
