Most small business websites stall because they drag on for months. This one does not. You get a prep pack, we lock in a date, and on the day I build your site and put it live. Three pages, properly done, hosted, and ready to be found on Google.

The difference from our Starter build is size and speed. Starter is five pages, custom designed over a few weeks, with copy polish. A build day is three pages on a proven layout, live the same afternoon. Both include your first 12 months of care.

How the day works

Nothing about the day is improvised. Here is exactly how it runs, start to finish.

1. Your prep pack

You get a short questionnaire and a checklist. Copy, logo, photos and domain login, all gathered in one place before we start.

2. Your date is locked

A deposit holds the day. I only take a couple of build days a month, so the date is genuinely yours.

3. Build day

We kick off in the morning, check in at midday so you can see it taking shape, and your site goes live by close of business.

4. Two hours of tweaks

Spot something in the next 48 hours? Two hours of changes are included. After that you have 30 minutes a month, and your first 12 months of care are included.

What you need ready, and what is not included

Have these ready before your build day:

The words for your three pages, or a rough draft I can tidy up
Your logo, ideally as a PNG or SVG file
Photos of your work, your team or your premises
Your domain login, or I can register one for you

If your content is not ready on the morning, we move your date rather than rush it. That works out better for both of us.

Not included in a build day: copywriting from scratch, logo or brand design, online shops, booking systems, and a design drawn up from scratch. If you want any of those, the Starter build is where to start.

Common Questions

Can you really build a website in one day?

Yes, because the scope is fixed and the preparation happens first. You are not getting a rushed version of a bigger project. You are getting a small site, built properly, on a day set aside just for you.

What if my content is not ready?

We move your date. A build day only works if your words, logo and photos are ready when we start, so I would rather reschedule than hand you something half finished.

Is this a worse website than your $2,749 build?

No, it is a smaller one, and that is the point. Both include 12 months of care. Starter gives you five custom designed pages, copy polish, and a design built around your business over a few weeks. A build day is three pages on a proven layout, live the same afternoon.

What happens after the day?

Two hours of changes are included in the first 48 hours. After that, your first 12 months of the Essentials care plan are included, covering hosting, updates, backups and security monitoring, plus 30 minutes of changes a month. We can increase that time if you need more. After the first year the care plan continues at $109 per month.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain stays in your name and the site is yours. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, you can.

Can I add pages later?

Yes. Plenty of people start with three pages and grow from there. Extra pages are quoted individually, or we can step you up to a full build.
