IT Support for Wagga Wagga Businesses
Affordable, reliable tech support tailored for local businesses.
Most businesses do not have an IT problem until they suddenly do
Laptops drift out of date because nobody is watching them. Updates stack up quietly for months. The first sign of trouble is usually the morning a machine will not start, or the day something gets into it, and it always lands in the middle of something more important.
Nobody has been careless. There is just nobody whose job it is to look. That is the job this plan does, for businesses across Wagga Wagga and the Riverina.
"Nobody is watching our computers"
Every machine is monitored and patched in the background, so faults get found and fixed before they cost you a morning.
"The wifi drops out and nobody knows why"
Network, email, printers and devices all looked after by one person who knows your setup. Dropouts get traced and fixed properly, not patched over each time.
"We think we have backups"
Someone checks every day that your backups actually ran, and tells you when they did not. Most businesses only find out theirs stopped months ago at the worst possible time.
"One wrong click away from a bad week"
Endpoint protection, enforced multi factor authentication and a managed password manager across the team. Most breaches this size start with one email, so the account behind it is locked down.
"Half the team is still on the old email"
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace set up properly, with mail moved across and permissions right, so everyone works off the same calendar, files and inbox.
"There is nobody to ring when it breaks"
One local number, 7am to 8pm weekdays and weekends, with a response time written into your agreement. Onsite in Wagga is included, so there is no callout fee to weigh up.

We have used Alex’s services several times and we can highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, prompt and easy to talk to. He has also offered advice and guidance on products we were planning to buy and this additional support simply came from a phone call to him. Great customer service.Posted on Google![]()

Wow, what was a very frustrating few months trying to work out what was wrong with a desktop computer, Alex managed to rectify it within minutes. He made it look and sound so easy for someone who is definitely not tech savvy. He did not just leave it at that, he ensured that all of our computers and Ipads were updated and explained every step of the way before he left. I highly recommend Alex and this company. He definitely knows his technology.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend Alex from Wagga Technology Solutions. Alex helped my grandmother Norma, last year with her new phone. He was exceptionally patience and understanding of her needs. A few days later, Alex gave a follow up support a for my grandmother and discovered her new phone was faulty. At no extra charge, Alex went straight over to help and reinstall a temporary phone until we could sort out the fault with the manufacturer. Alex is a wonderful, kind and highly regarded (in my grandmother’s words) young man. I would give him a 10 star rating if it was possible. Thank you Alex, from Shane K.Posted on Google![]()

Common Questions
What does the monthly plan include?
Unlimited support during business hours plus evenings and weekends, onsite attendance in Wagga at no extra charge, and everything patched, monitored and secured. A full inclusion list forms part of the agreement. Plans start at $447 a month and suit teams of at least 3 users.
What if a monthly plan isn't wanted?
A one off Business IT Health Check is $299 per visit, a full written review with no ongoing commitment. Pay as you go support is $129 an hour with a one hour minimum. Neither has a lock-in contract.
How quickly do issues get a response?
Every request on a monthly plan gets a response from a person during support hours, 7am to 8pm weekdays and on weekends, within a set time written into your agreement. That is the same commitment for every issue. What changes with severity is what gets put down to deal with it. Ad hoc hourly clients are scheduled in as availability allows, usually within a few business days.
Can a monthly plan be cancelled anytime?
Yes, there is no lock-in contract. Clients can drop to a health check or pay as you go if needs change.
Are specific industries supported?
A wide range of local businesses are supported, including trades, retail, hospitality, farms, real estate, and more. See the Industries We Serve section for specific pages, or just ask if one isn’t listed.
