Can you help if we're never in the office?

Yes, that describes most of our trades clients. Anything on phones, tablets or software we can usually fix remotely while you keep working, and on-site visits get booked around your jobs, not around office hours.

What job management software do you work with?

ServiceM8, simPRO and similar. We handle setup, get it talking to your email and accounting, and make sure the whole crew’s phones actually run it properly.

What does it cost?

$129 per hour with a 1 hour minimum for ad hoc work. A one off health check is $299 per visit. If you would rather never think about it, managed plans start at $447 a month with no lock-in.

Do you cover trades outside Wagga?

The whole Riverina: Junee, Coolamon, The Rock, Lockhart and surrounds. Same rates as Wagga, just a small travel fee.

Wow, what was a very frustrating few months trying to work out what was wrong with a desktop computer, Alex managed to rectify it within minutes. He made it look and sound so easy for someone who is definitely not tech savvy.
