Can you work around our operating hours?

Yes. We book visits before opening, after pickup or on weekends, so there is never a stranger working on equipment while children are in the building.

Do you support the software our centre already uses?

We work with the systems your centre already runs, including your enrolment, sign-in and CCS software, plus the WiFi, tablets and kiosks they depend on.

How do you handle children's records and family data?

We set up secure storage, proper backups and access controls so records are protected and recoverable. Your compliance obligations stay defined by your regulator; our job is making the technology side of them dependable.

What does it cost and is there a contract?

Ad hoc help is $129 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. A one off health check is $299 per visit. Managed support starts at $447 a month, and nothing we offer has a lock-in contract.

Wow, what was a very frustrating few months trying to work out what was wrong with a desktop computer, Alex managed to rectify it within minutes. He made it look and sound so easy for someone who is definitely not tech savvy.
