Common Questions

Can you set up customer WiFi without risking our tills?

Yes, that is the right instinct. We put guest WiFi on a separate network so customers never share a connection with your POS, EFTPOS or back office.

Our EFTPOS drops out during busy periods. Can that actually be fixed?

Usually, yes. It is almost always a network problem rather than the terminal, and we can add a mobile backup connection so a dropped internet service does not stop you taking payments.

Can you come outside trading hours?

Yes. We do a lot of before-open and after-close visits for shops and cafes so you never lose trading time to IT work.

What does it cost?

$129 per hour with a 1 hour minimum, or a one off health check at $299 per visit. If you want your tech watched over continuously, managed plans start at $447 a month. No lock-in on any of it.

Wow, what was a very frustrating few months trying to work out what was wrong with a desktop computer, Alex managed to rectify it within minutes. He made it look and sound so easy for someone who is definitely not tech savvy.
