Usually, yes, and quickly. It is almost always the network rather than the terminal, and we can add a backup connection so a dropped line does not stop you taking payments.

How do you protect client records?

Secure storage, proper backups and sensible access controls, so client history and contact details are protected and recoverable.

What does it cost?

$129 per hour with a 1 hour minimum, a health check at $299 per visit, or managed plans from $447 a month. No lock-in.

Wow, what was a very frustrating few months trying to work out what was wrong with a desktop computer, Alex managed to rectify it within minutes. He made it look and sound so easy for someone who is definitely not tech savvy.
