Common Questions

Do you work with dispatch and GPS tracking systems?

Yes. We set up and support dispatch software, GPS tracking platforms and the driver phones and tablets they run on, and get them talking to your invoicing.

Our depot WiFi barely reaches the yard. Fixable?

Almost always. Depots are big metal-heavy spaces that kill ordinary WiFi, and we design coverage that reaches the yard, the workshop and the loading area.

Trucks leave at 4am. When can you actually help us?

We schedule around your operation, including early starts, and a lot of driver device and software problems can be fixed remotely without anyone coming off the road.

What does it cost?

$129 per hour with a 1 hour minimum, or a one off health check at $299 per visit. Fleets that want everything managed continuously start at $447 a month on a managed plan, with no lock-in.

Wow, what was a very frustrating few months trying to work out what was wrong with a desktop computer, Alex managed to rectify it within minutes. He made it look and sound so easy for someone who is definitely not tech savvy.
